The Above Rates Include:
- A Welcome Drink on Arrival (non-alcoholic).
- Accommodation is in a well-appointed air-conditioned room with a private balcony.
- Buffet Breakfast at our Café 24.
- Two bottles of mineral water every day.
- Complimentary use of the swimming pool (proper swimming costumes are compulsory, as per state government guidelines).
- All rooms are equipped with a mini-bar (chargeable) & a safe locker.
- Complimentary use of a tea or coffee maker. (Replenished once daily).
- Standard check-in time is 2:00 p.m., and check-out time is 11:00 p.m.
- Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability.
- Free Wi-Fi is available to all our in-house guests.
- Extra Lunch or Dinner can be booked at supplement cost of Rs 550+ tax per person per meal
Cancellation Policy :
- If canceled or modified 30 Days in advance from the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
- If canceled or modified between 30-15 in advance from the date of arrival, one-night retention will be charged.
- If canceled or modified less than 15 days in advance from the date of arrival then the full price of the reservation will be charged.
- 100% Cancellation may be applicable in High Season and Long weekend Dates
- All disputes subject to Goa Jurisdiction.
