Terms & Conditions:

 

• All Guest Must carry Valid Photo ID Proof while travelling, Accommodation can be denied if suitable proof of identification is not presented at check-in
• Breakfast is served daily in the restaurant between 8:00 am to 10:30 am.
• Dinner is served daily in the restaurant between 8:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m.
• Any other taxes or changes as and when levied by the government shall be charged accordingly.
• Check-in time is 1:00 pm; check-out time is 11:00 a.m. Guests who wish to check in before this time will be catered to, subject to availability.
• With the reservation, please advise the guest's contact number for coordination.
• If bookings are not confirmed by the given time limit, rooms will be automatically released.
• Rooms are subject to availability at the time of the final confirmation email.
• No liquor will be served to travellers less than 21 years of age.

General Terms:

• The special contracted rates are non-commissionable.
• Special confidential rates are only for the consolidators who sign the contract with Vagator Downtown, Goa and it cannot be disclosed to any other third party under any circumstances.
• All extra expenses and supplements (for items not included in the package) will be settled directly by the guest at check out.
• As per Government of India norms, all occupants of the room are requested to carry a valid photo ID and produce it at the time of check-in.

Cancellation Policy:

• If cancelled or modified 30 days in advance from the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
• If cancelled or modified between 30 and 15 days in advance of the date of arrival, one night of retention will be charged.
• If cancelled or modified less than 15 days in advance of the date of arrival, then the full price of the reservation will be charged.
• 100% cancellation may be applicable on high-season and long-weekend dates.
• Group cancellation policy will be different and subject to change based on group strength.
